Free Surgical Planner – Ελεύθερο Ιατρικό Λογισμικό Ανοικτού Κώδικα

Σας ευχαριστούμε που δοκιμάζετε το Free Surgical Planner For Dental, το ελεύθερο λογισμικό ανοικτού κώδικα για τον σχεδιασμό επεμβάσεων στοματικής και γναθοπροσωπικής χειρουργικής.

Παρακαλούμε ακολουθήστε προσεκτικά τις παρακάτω οδηγίες πριν χρησιμοποιήσετε τα modules.

Βήμα 1: Εγκατάσταση του 3D Slicer

Κατεβάστε την τελευταία σταθερή έκδοση του 3D Slicer:
👉 https://download.slicer.org/
Εγκαταστήστε και ανοίξτε το πρόγραμμα.

Βήμα 2: Εγκατάσταση Απαραίτητων Επεκτάσεων
────────────────────────────────────────────

Μενού: View > Extension Manager > Install Extensions
Εγκαταστήστε τις εξής επεκτάσεις:
• DentalSegmentator
• SlicerIGT
• SlicerMorph

────────────────────────────────────────────
Βήμα 3: Εγκατάσταση Πρόσθετου Πακέτου Python
────────────────────────────────────────────

Μενού: View > Python Console
Πληκτρολογήστε: pip_install(“pyacvd”) και μετά πληκτρολογήστε: pip_install(“fpdf”)
Κλείστε το Python Console
Έξοδος: File > Exit

Βήμα 4: Εγκατάσταση των Modules του Surgical Planner

Κατεβάστε το αρχείο zip “SurgicalPlanner.7z” κάνοντας κλικ
👉 στο κουμπί “Downloads” στον ιστότοπο ‘https://freesurgplan.edu.gr/‘.
Αποσυμπιέστε το αρχείο και ανοίξτε τον φάκελο “Surgical Planner”
Επανεκκινήστε το 3D Slicer
Μενού: Edit > Application Settings > Modules
Στο πεδίο “Additional module paths”, προσθέστε(drag and drop) τους αποσυμπιεσμένους φακέλους:
• DentImplImaging
• GenericImplCreator
• OralSurgModuleHome
• RegisterModule
• VirtualProsth
Έξοδος: File > Exit

Βήμα 5: Εγκατάσταση Python
────────────────────────────────────────────
Κατεβάστε και εγκαταστήστε την τελευταία έκδοση Python:
👉 https://www.python.org/downloads/

Βήμα 6: Διαμόρφωση του αρχείου .slicerrc.py
────────────────────────────────────────────

Εντοπίστε το αρχείο:
C:\Users\your_username.slicerrc.py
Ανοίξτε το αρχείο με το IDLE (Python Editor)
Προσθέστε στο τέλος τις εξής γραμμές και αποθηκεύστε:
slicer.util.mainWindow().moduleSelector().selectModule(‘OralSurgModuleHome’)
slicer.app.layoutManager().setLayout(slicer.vtkMRMLLayoutNode.SlicerLayoutConventionalWidescreenView)

Βήμα 7: Προσθήκη Modules στα Αγαπημένα

Επανεκκινήστε το 3D Slicer
Αν δεν εμφανίζονται τα νέα modules στην μπάρα των Modules:
Μενού: Edit > Application Settings > Modules
• Ανοίξτε το παράθυρο Modules
• Προσθέστε στα Αγαπημένα:
▪ Oral Surgery Module Home
▪ Dental Implant Imaging
▪ Registration Module
▪ Virtual Prosthetics
▪ Generic Implant Creator
▪ DentalSegmentator
▪ FastModelAlign

Μπορείτε πλέον να ξεκινήσετε τη δοκιμή των modules του Surgical Planner.
Η εκπαιδευτική έκδοση περιλαμβάνει εμφυτεύματα MIS_7, αλλά μπορεί να δημιουργηθεί και να χρησιμοποιηθεί οποιοδήποτε σύστημα εμφυτευμάτων.

⚠️ Κατά την πρώτη εκκίνηση, τα DentalSegmentator και FastModelAlign ενδέχεται να χρειαστούν λίγα λεπτά για να φορτώσουν. Αυτό είναι φυσιολογικό.

Thank you for testing Free Surgical Planner For Dental, our free and open-source software for oral and maxillofacial surgery planning.

Please follow the instructions below carefully before using the modules.

Step 1: Install 3D Slicer
────────────────────────────────────────────

Download the latest 3D Slicer Stable Release:
👉 https://download.slicer.org/
Install and start the program.

Step 2: Install Required Extensions
────────────────────────────────────────────

In the top menu, go to: View > Extension Manager > Install Extensions
Install the following extensions:
• DentalSegmentator
• SlicerIGT
• SlicerMorph

────────────────────────────────────────────
Step 3: Install Additional Python Package
────────────────────────────────────────────

In the top menu, open: View > Python Console
In the console, type: pip_install(“pyacvd”) and then type: pip_install(“fpdf”)
Close the Python Console: View > Python Console
Exit Slicer: File > Exit

Step 4: Install Surgical Planner Modules
────────────────────────────────────────────

Download the zip file “SurgicalPlanner.7z” by clicking 👉 “Downloads” button on the website ‘https://freesurgplan.edu.gr/’.
Unzip the archive and open the directory “Surgical Planner”
Restart 3D Slicer
Go to: Edit > Application Settings > Modules
In “Additional module paths”, drag-and-drop the unzipped files:
• DentImplImaging
• GenericImplCreator
• OralSurgModuleHome
• RegisterModule
• VirtualProsth
Exit Slicer: File > Exit

Step 5: Install Python
────────────────────────────────────────────
Download and install the latest version of Python:

Step 6: Configure .slicerrc.py
────────────────────────────────────────────

Locate the file:
C:\Users\your_username.slicerrc.py
Open the file with IDLE (Python Editor)
Add the following lines at the end and save:
slicer.util.mainWindow().moduleSelector().selectModule(‘OralSurgModuleHome’)
slicer.app.layoutManager().setLayout(slicer.vtkMRMLLayoutNode.SlicerLayoutConventionalWidescreenView)

Step 7: Add Modules to Favorites
────────────────────────────────────────────

Restart 3D Slicer
If new modules are not visible in the top bar:
Go to: Edit > Application Settings > Modules
• Open the Modules window
• Drag the following into Favorite Modules:
▪ Oral Surgery Module Home
▪ Dental Implant Imaging
▪ Registration Module
▪ Virtual Prosthetics
▪ Generic Implant Creator
▪ DentalSegmentator
▪ FastModelAlign

You can now start testing the Surgical Planner modules.
This training version is configured with MIS_7 implants, but any implant system can be created and used.
⚠️ On first launch, DentalSegmentator and FastModelAlign may take several minutes to load resources. This is expected.
